Our greeting cards are 5" x 7" in size and are produced on digital offset printers using 100 lb. paper stock. Each card is coated with a UV protectant on the outside surface which produces a semi-gloss finish. The inside of each card has a matte white finish and can be customized with your own message up to 500 characters in length. Each card comes with a white envelope for mailing or gift giving.

Lahaina, Maui was made the capital of the Kingdom of Hawaii by King Kamehameha in 1802 and remained the capital until 1845. It was also a popular whaling port for many years starting around 1820 when over 100 ships would visit the port annually, especially when the humpbacks were present in what was called the "Lahaina Roads" channel. 1846 saw a record of over 750 ships stopping by to hunt whales. Ships would also resupply with fresh water, fruits and vegetables, and the sailors would frequent the local grog shops.
A trademark of old Lahaina town is the rock sea wall along Front Street. Where there are now shops and restaurants, plantation style homes used to be seen along the shoreline. Front Street was historically known as Alanui Moi (King's Road) when Kamehameha III made this is residence. This scene is very much like what Lahaina would have looked like during those years. The island of Molokai can be seen in the background.
