This lush watercolor captures the beauty of Hawaiian flowers in a soft and dreamy style that transports you to a tropical paradise. You can almost feel the warm trade winds that carry the delicate fragrance of these special blossoms as they drifts across the ocean. Hawaii is where the magic happens.
The hibiscus is the Hawaiian state flower and can be found in a wide variety of vibrant colors. Surfing on longboards originated in the Polynesian culture. As legend tells the story, the custom was brought to the Hawaiian islands with the migration of the islanders from the island of Bora Bora as they navigated by the stars and were also guided and protected by Kamohoaliʻi, the shark god.
This digital work of art was created using a combination of watercolor and dry brush methods. Watermark will not appear on purchased image.
